Active Life: A Circuit based exercise class suitable for those who are new to exercise, have not exercised for a while, or simply want to include an additional workout into their weekly routine. Classes are aimed at helping to improve muscle strength, endurance, balance and flexibility. All ages and abilities are welcome.
Adult Dance: This casual dance class is perfect for adults looking to have fun while staying active. The session kicks off with a warm-up to get your body moving and ready for the dance ahead. The class then focuses on teaching fun choreography set to amazing tunes. Embrace the rhythm, meet new people, and let dance enhance your fitness journey!
Body Conditioning: Body conditioning is exercise that develops well-rounded and full-body physical fitness to improve the condition of the body. Those looking to increase their strength, tone up, increase their heart rate, and generally get fitter would benefit from a conditioning class. That means body conditioning won’t just work the muscles in your chest or your legs. It will work on your whole body, including all the major muscle groups you can think of. It’s a total body workout. It also won’t just test your cardiovascular or aerobic fitness. It will also develop your muscular strength, muscular endurance, and flexibility.
Body Pump: BODYPUMP is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
Fit to Dance: Grooving to the beats of salsa, flamenco, and merengue music feels more like a dance party than a workout. The high-energy classes are set to upbeat music and feature choreographed dance numbers that you might see in a nightclub. You don’t need to be a great dancer to feel welcome in a Fit to Dance class.
Friday Rave: A high intensity aerobic workout to old school club classics. The best possible start to the weekend!
Glow Aerobics: It’s time to get your glow sticks out and slap on some neon paint. Glow stick raves are the latest fitness craze! Think 90s club minus the Alcopops. Glow stick fitness classes are energetic dance aerobic workouts to club hits in a darkened room with disco lights. And the best bit… everyone gets glow-sticks. It’s an exercise class that feels more like a night out.
Health Referral: Exercise referral is a scheme in which an exercise programme is designed by a specialist based on the specific needs of an individual patient. The overall aim of this scheme is to improve the patient’s health and well-being, and to encourage the patient to lead a more active lifestyle moving forwards. HIIT Circuits: 30-minutes of fast pace, high intensity circuit-based exercises. A class tough enough to find your physical limit!
HIIT IT!: A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) session to power through the week’s midpoint.
Kettlebells & Core: Strengthen and tone your whole body! You will swing, lunge and squat your way to a more toned body whilst improving your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance in our Kettlebells class. Come join a class and get to grips with a kettlebell and find out why it’s a powerful tool for improving your fitness and overall body composition.
Kettlebells and Combat: A class ranging from the traditional Kettlebell upper and lower body workout to dynamic high velocity combat sequences performed without a kettlebell, integrating moves from all areas of Mixed Martial Arts. We’ll be integrating Kicks, Punches, Elbows and Combinations in a complete 45-minute, high-energy, up-tempo workout set to a specific music beat. Aimed for all levels of fitness.
Kettlebells: Kettlebells offer a different kind of training using dynamic movements which target almost every aspect of fitness, endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance.
LadyFit: A beginner’s circuit class for ladies to build strength training and cardio.
Les Mills BODYATTACK™: BODYATTACK™ is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats.
Les Mills BODYPUMP™: BODYPUMP™ is a fast-paced, barbell-based workout that’s specifically designed to help you get lean, toned and fit. It uses a combination of motivating music, fantastic instructors and scientifically proven moves to help you achieve these targets more quickly than you would working out on your own.
LES MILLS+ BODYCOMBAT™: LES MILLS+ BODYCOMBAT™ is a total body martial arts workout that is designed to give you maximum calorie burn. Punch and kick your way to fitness with these high-energy non-contact martial arts workout videos. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
Post-Natal Pilates: New Class for new Mums! (at least 6 weeks PP and at least 12 weeks if c-section) Join us for a revitalising journey to wellness with our all-new post-Natal Pilates class at MLC! Discover the benefits: Rebuild core strength in a safe and controlled environment. Improve posture and alleviate post-pregnancy discomfort. Connect with other fabulous Mums and share your journey. Sculpt and Tone: A 45-min strength, tone and sculpt class using a variety of hand weights, barbells and kettlebells. A great way to change your body shape!
Step: A ‘step’ is a raised platform that you step on, around and down in different patterns. The idea is to get you moving, improve your cardio fitness and coordination. A step class is easier on the joints than other cardio exercises like running and fun too!
Walkfit: A low no impact walking class to keep your heart healthy and kind on your joints. Keep up your steps during the cold/dark winter months! Suitable for all levels of fitness.

The Latin-inspired dance workout is one of the most popular group exercise classes in the world. With the tag line, “Ditch the Workout, Join the Party,” the classes emphasise moving to the music and having a good time, no rhythm required.

Abs: Looking for a class just for abs? Well, this class is for you! Our instructor will take you through exercises that focus on strengthening and toning your stomach muscles to get you the results that you want.
Beginner Yoga: Taught by Donna, this class is the perfect way for beginner yogis to start their afternoon! A simple and easy to learn yoga routine that’ll introduce you into the amazing world of yoga.
Body Balance: Body balance is a motivating blend of Pilates and Yoga that will help improve your mind, your body and your life. It comprises a scientifically developed combination of some Tai Chi and Pilates elements, combined with Yoga moves. All set to calming music, it’s easy to forget that throughout the session, you’re setting both your body and your mind a series of challenges that have been specifically developed to make you both more flexible and stronger, too. Although you’ll burn more calories during a Body balance session than if you’re at home watching TV, it’s not the main focus of the discipline. Instead, the classes concentrate on improving joint mobility, core strength, making you feel calmer and improving your sense of well-being. With that in mind, instead of worrying about burning calories, embrace the fact that you’ll feel more flexible, stronger and less stressed as a result of attending these classes.
Body Burn: Body Burn is a 45-minute-high intensity class using hand weights and kettlebells. Working on the entire body, Body Burn will take you through a combination of weighted and cardio movements to increase heart rate and build lean muscle. Come feel the Body Burn. Push your body to the max!

All the moves in LES MILLS CORE have options, so it’s challenging but achievable whatever your level of fitness. During the workout, our trained Instructors guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as bodyweight exercises like crunches, and hovers. Plus, there are some hip, butt and lower back exercises too.

Legs, Bums & Thighs: Legs, bums and thighs is a complete lower body workout to tone up those problem areas. This class will focus on toning your legs, arms, stomach and bum.

MenoFit: These are 45-minute, easy to follow classes geared up to help you feel better and look after your health. The focus will be on Menopause related topics like bone and heart health, along with an introduction to strength training, which particularly helps with mid-section weight gain.
Morning Yoga: Energize yourself with this wonderful sequence of movements. This is a great way to start the day!
Pilates: Pilates is a form of low-impact exercise that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility. Pilates is a full-body exercise method that will help you do everything better. It strengthens and stabilizes your core body, which is your foundation, so that you can move efficiently while improving your posture, flexibility, and mobility.
PiYo: PiYo combines the strengthening benefits of Pilates with the flexibility enhancing effects of yoga. Set to music, this dynamic, energetic program was designed to provide a full-body workout without straining your body. PiYo is a low-impact exercise that doesn’t involve jumping, which lowers your risk of soft-tissue injuries such as sprains, strains, and bruises. This class is for you if you’re looking for a movement-based way to shape your body by building muscle tone and reducing fat.
Power Yoga: Our Power yoga class is typically focused on increasing heart rate and burning calories through a full-body workout, with a focus on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing.
Pure Stretch: Pure stretch involves stretch routines, core strengthening exercises and relaxation techniques incorporating aspects of Yoga and Pilates – with a bit of fun thrown in!
Stretch: Finish the weekend relaxed with a full body class that will target every muscle group while maintaining proper posture and technique, combined with floor work and a complete body stretch.
WalkFit: A low, no impact walking class to keep your heart healthy and kind on your joints. Keep up your steps during the cold/dark winter months! Suitable for all levels of fitness.

The music and lights are designed to get you focused and immersed into the exercise – switch off that brain and get stuck into your fitness. You’ll be cycling and grooving to some ace beats!
Indoor Cycling: Our immersive indoor cycling class is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in a 30-minute or 45-minute calorie-crunching session! Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it’s great at toning muscles to make you super strong. You sit on a stationary bike and strap your feet onto the pedals. Our instructors will be up at the front coaching you through your session. They’ll take you through different speeds, resistance, and interval training. The music and lights are designed to get you focused and immersed into the exercise – switch off that brain and get stuck into your fitness. You’ll be cycling and grooving to some ace beats!
Instructor-Led Les Mills Sprint: Our immersive indoor cycling class is a high-intensity exercise on a stationary bike. It combines cardio and endurance in a 30-minute calorie-crunching session! Not only is it great for giving you all the cardiovascular gains, but it’s great at toning muscles to make you super strong. You sit on a stationary bike and strap your feet onto the pedals. Our instructors will be up at the front coaching you through your session. They’ll take you through different speeds, resistance, and interval training. Virtual: Intro to RPM LES MILLS: This is a beginner-friendly intro to the Les Mills RPM™ class. RPM™ is a group indoor cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low impact and you can burn up to 500 calories a session**.
Virtual: Sprint Tutorial: This is a beginner-friendly intro to the Les Mills SPRINT™ class. A LES MILLS SPRINT™ class is a 30-minute High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workout, using an indoor bike to achieve fast results.
Virtual: Intro to The Trip LES MILLS: This is a beginner-friendly intro to the Les Mills The Trip class. THE TRIP™ is a fully immersive workout experience that combines a 40-minute multi-peak cycling workout with a journey through digitally created worlds. With its cinema-scale screen and sound system, this IMMERSIVE FITNESS™ workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level, burning serious calories.
Virtual: RPM LES MILLS: Please note this is an instructor-less class and a video will be played to guide you. With great music pumping and the group cycling as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. In an RPM workout you repeatedly rotate the pedals to reach your cardio peak then ease back down, keeping pace with the pack to lift your personal performance and boost your cardio fitness.

Aquacise: Aquacise is a low-impact exercise class that takes place in our pool. It not only tones and strengthens your muscles but places less stress on your joints, making it a suitable exercise for those with arthritis, joint pain or are recovering from injuries.
