Our regular Queenax sessions in the gym are functional training circuits, enabling you to move purposefully and confidently, and helping you stay sturdy, strong, and safe! So what is functional training? It’s a set of movements that translate to an activity beyond your workout, improving your body’s ability to work efficiently as one unit. It also improves coordination, balance, and body (kinesthetic) awareness, which will help you move safely and avoid unnecessary injuries. This is a fantastic and enlightening class for all abilities!
