Active Life: Active life circuits are designed to improve coordination, strength, flexibility and helps increase cardiovascular ability. This class is designed to suit all abilities from beginners to intermediates. Each station has 3 variations of exercise, so everyone can achieve a suitable and successful workout.
Gym Circuits: Gym circuits is a fun workout based in the gym environment using a mixture of equipment. Mixing both strength and cardiovascular training for an all-round workout in a circuit fashion. Moving from station to station with short rest in between you will gain strength, develop your core and improve your overall fitness levels.

Gym HIIT: Gym HIIT is a short and effective workout. Minimizing your time in the gym while providing a high intensity strength and cardio workout that will improve your overall level of fitness. Great for if you struggle with time and need to get in and out while still getting and effective workout.

Inductions: Join our gym induction to learn how to use our equipment safely and effectively. Everyone that uses our gym must first be inducted.
Learn 2 Lift: Learn2Lift is a class focused on improving your technique when it comes to compound lifts. By focusing on form and technique this class will help you become stronger. Each week you will focus on a different compound lift and learn all the key points you need to be able to execute the lift with great form in the gym.
Queenax Circuits: Classes are in the gym on the Queenax frame. Queenax is a circuit-based class that is geared to raise your heart and build strength using weights, body weight and resistance machines.
Teen Gym: Our Teen Gym sessions are a great gateway into the world of working out because they’ll be supported by our helpful gym instructors and can work alongside other teens in the gym. Teens can come into Teen Gym Sessions without needing to be accompanied by an adult. You will need to attend an induction before you can use our gym.
