FREE Skate UK Taster Session                                           
Are you curious about learning to ice skate, but unsure about buying a block of lessons? This is for you! How to book: Call reception  

Aqua Run                                          
Experience the excitement of play challenges, races and fun on the water with our Aqua Run sessions – an exciting, inflatable obstacle course that is laid out in the main pool. Children must be 8 years and over and a confident swimmer to take part.

Playscheme                                       
Our Summer holiday childcare scheme! From 8am – 5pm, only £4 an hour. For P1 – P7. Lots of fun to be had!

Teen Learn to Lift                                        
A class for age 12 – 15 focused on improving your technique when it comes to compound lifts. By focusing on form and technique this class will help you become stronger. Each week you will focus on a different compound lift and learn all the key points you need to be able to execute the lift with great form in the gym.

Teen Gym                                         
Teen Gym is here to enable our teenage members to be more active and to express themselves independently of their parents and carers, whilst still receiving valuable guidance and support from a trained gym instructor.  All children aged 12 to 15 can attend specified Teen Gym sessions without an accompanying adult.

Beach Ball Fun Session                                            
Come along to our beach ball fun sessions in the main pool! Similar to a public swim session but with inflatables.

Teen Circuits 
A class for age 12 – 15, Gym circuits is as fun workout based in the gym environment using a mixture of equipment. Mixing both strength and cardiovascular training for an all-round workout in a circuit fashion.

Ice Disco                   
Dance your weekday worries away at our weekly ice disco!

Soft Play                                           
Our custom built Rainbow Castle soft play area is a fun, exhilarating play environment that will get children motivated to exercise and engage with others.

Summer Skate Session          
A fun on ice session, combining team games, skating skills and confidence building exercises.

Aqua Party                                        
Our experienced instructors Dionne and Sandra will lead your little ones through a series of aquatic exercises that will have them laughing, smiling, and feeling great.

Street Dance                   
This dynamic dance class is specifically designed for 8-16 year olds, providing them with a fantastic opportunity to learn the latest street dance moves in a safe and inclusive environment. Led by our talented and passionate instructor, Katy, your child will unleash their creativity, build confidence, and have an absolute blast!

Additional Support Needs Sessions                                          
An Ice Skating session just for those with additional support needs, and their friends and family. Our fantastic staff have received special training to cater to your requests, whether it’s dimming the lights or turning the music off.
