The role is to be responsible for ensuring the effective use and safe operation of Rainbow Castle Childcare, Early Learning & Childcare setting.

All applicants should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience of working in an early learning and childcare setting and must hold a practice qualification. Line management experience is essential.

The post holder must either hold a mandatory management qualification, BA Childhood Practice or equivalent, and practice qualification as part of the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) requirements.

The post holder must be registered with SSSC to retain their post. It should be noted that a Protecting Vulnerable Groups application (PVG) and references are requirements for this post and therefore, if successful at interview, will be required prior to employment.
