KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
Strategic Oversight:
· Develop and execute strategies to grow membership revenue and ensure long-term financial sustainability.
· Monitor trends in the leisure industry to inform future planning and initiatives.
Membership Sales and Retention:
· Promote and sell Fit Life memberships to meet or exceed revenue targets.
· Oversee membership administration, including renewals, cancellations, and engagement strategies to maximize retention.
Digital and Marketing Responsibilities:
· Manage and oversee Moray Leisure Centre’s social media strategy, ensuring consistent and effective content creation, scheduling, and distribution.
· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure campaigns align with membership growth objectives.
· Liaise with management to ensure digital branding aligns with on-site facility objectives and overall organisational goals.
Reporting and Analytics:
· Produce reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), membership trends, and revenue performance.
· Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the Senior Management Team based on data analysis.
Innovation and ICT Development:
· Identify and manage ICT projects to enhance the digital experience for members.
· Drive initiatives to improve online member engagement and streamline processes.
Strategic Contributions:
· Collaborate with Senior Management to shape the future direction of Moray Leisure Centre.
· Contribute to discussions on the development of public health services and broader organisational objectives.
Operational Alignment:
· Ensure all marketing, membership, and social media efforts are aligned with the Centre’s strategic vision.

PERSON SPECIFICATION
ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES:
1. Experience
· Proven track record in sales and membership growth.
· Demonstrated success in result-based project management.
· Experience in managing social media and digital communications
· Experience delivering practical result-based project management
· Experience in working in large leisure facility operations
2. Education and Qualifications
· Educated to degree level in business, marketing, or a related field
Or
· Advanced knowledge of sales, commercial business and marketing acquired through either education, vocational qualification, on or off-the job training or extensive job-related experience
3. Skills / Attributes General
· Strong people management and leadership skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail and proofreading abilities.
· Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights.
